Moving from stagnant philanthropic revenue to sustainable growth.

A Working Session for Nonprofit Leadership Teams
Inside the Workshop
A facilitated working session designed to help nonprofit leadership teams move from event-driven fundraising to a more relationship-based major gift approach.
Led by Tom Wick, co-founder of the Accelerator, and Anne Smith, Senior Vice President at TWB.
Is This Right for Your Team?
This session is best suited for organizations that:
- Rely heavily on events or short-term fundraising tactics
- Feel like they’re working hard but not seeing consistent growth
- Want stronger alignment across leadership on major gift fundraising strategy
Why This Matters Now
As fundraising continues to shift, many teams are working hard—but without a clear, shared approach to guide the work. This session is designed to help your team step back, align, and focus on what drives long-term philanthropic growth.

"We left with practical tools we could implement immediately and relationships we’ll continue to draw on. I would highly recommend the Accelerator to nonprofit leaders and development professionals seeking to build or assess a comprehensive, relationship-based (rather than transactional) fundraising strategy."
