Is This Right for Your Team?

This session is best suited for organizations that:

  • Rely heavily on events or short-term fundraising tactics
  • Feel like they’re working hard but not seeing consistent growth
  • Want stronger alignment across leadership on major gift fundraising strategy

Why This Matters Now

As fundraising continues to shift, many teams are working hard—but without a clear, shared approach to guide the work. This session is designed to help your team step back, align, and focus on what drives long-term philanthropic growth.
